    Інтерес до особливостей сучасних модифікацій системи митного регулювання міжнародних торгівельних відносин країн вже тривалий час знаходиться в центрі інтересів науковців. Адже митне регулювання є необхідним для кожної держави. У зв'язку з цим виникла потреба проаналізувати накопичену сучасну джерельну базу на тему розвитку сучасних модифікацій системи митного регулювання міжнародних торгівельних відносин країн. У цій роботі розглянуто сучасний підхід до етапу осмислення та розвитку митного регулювання в системі державного регулювання та його впливу на суспільний розвиток. Interest in the peculiarities of modern modifications of the customs regulation system of international trade relations of countries has long been in the center of interest of scientists. After all, customs regulation is necessary for every state. In this regard, there was a need to analyze the accumulated modern source base on the development of modern modifications of the customs regulation of international trade relations. This paper considers the modern approach to the stage of understanding and development of customs regulation in the system of state regulation and its impact on social development.
