    Управління взаємовідносинами зі стейкхолдерами підприємства на засадах маркетингу

    Магістерська робота присвячена розгляду проблематики взаємовідносин зі стейкхолдерами ТОВ «АВТО СТАНДАРД УКРАЇНА». В теоретичному розділі КМР висвітлено різні підходи до тлумачення поняття «стейкхолдер», вказано принципи та окреслено основні підходи управління взаємовідносинами зі стейкхолдерами підприємства на засадах маркетингу. В практичному розділі було детально досліджено національний ринок автозапчастин, внутрішнє середовище досліджуваного підприємства та проблем у взаємовідносинах з його стейкхолдерами. Результатом роботи стало розроблення плану покарщення взаємовідносин із зацікавленими сторонами та його економічне обґрунтування. The master’s thesis is devoted to the consideration of the problems of relations with stakeholders of «AUTO STANDARD UKRAINE» LLC. In the theoretical section of the thesis, various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «stakeholder» are highlighted, the principles are indicated and the main approaches of managing relations with stakeholders of the enterprise are outlined. In the practical section, the national auto parts market, the internal environment of the enterprise, and problems in relations with company’s stakeholders were studied in detail. As a result of the work, a plan to improve relations with stakeholder was developed. The development of the plan is followed with its economic justification.
