    Страховий ринок та його розвиток в Україні

    Мороз Анна Леонідівна. Страховий ринок України: сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи розвитку. – На правах рукопису. Кваліфікаційна робота, спеціальність 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування». – Київський економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, Київ, 2023 рік. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних , методичних та прикладних аспектів розвитку страхового ринку України. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, основної частини, яка включає три розділи, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі описано економічну сутність страхування та особливості страхового ринку в системі фінансових ринків, систематизовано нормативно-законодавче забезпечення, розглянуто організаційні засади функціонування страхового ринку, розглянути міжнародний та вітчизняний досвід щодо державного регулювання страхової діяльності. У другому розділі обґрунтовано етапи розвитку страхового ринку в Україні, проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку ринку страхування в умовах військового стану; проаналізовано фінансові результати діяльності страховиків, оцінено перспективи розвитку ринку страхування в Україні. У третьому розділі визначено напрями підвищення страхового захисту в умовах військового стану; обґрунтовано заходи забезпечення фінансової стійкості страховиків в умовах військового стану та з урахуванням їх бізнес-моделі. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical, methodological , and applied aspects of the development of the insurance market in Ukraine. The qualification work consists of an introduction, main part, which includes three chapters, conclusions, a list of used sources, and appendices. The first chapter describes the economic essence of insurance and the peculiarities of the insurance market within the financial market system. It systematizes regulatory and legislative support, examines the organizational foundations of the insurance market functioning, and reviews international and domestic experiences regarding state regulation of insurance activities. The second chapter justifies the stages of development of the insurance market in Ukraine, analyzes the current state of the insurance market development in the conditions of a state of war, evaluates the financial performance of insurers, and assesses the prospects for the development of the insurance market in Ukraine. The third chapter identifies directions for improving insurance protection in the conditions of a state of war, substantiates measures to ensure the financial stability of insurers in the conditions of a state of war, taking into account their business model.
