Залучення інвестиційних ресурсів на зовнішніх ринках капіталу публічними акціонерними товариствами України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні тенденції щодо використання вітчизняними публічними акціонерними товариствами (ПАТ) інвестиційних ресурсів, у тому числі, на міжнародних ринках капіталу. Оцінено потенціал агропромислових ПАТ України з позицій їх інвестиційної привабливості у контексті можливостей доступу до міжнародних інвестиційних ресурсів. Окреслено ключові перспективи розвитку ПАТ України у сфері пошуку і використання нових джерел інвестиційних ресурсів.

Тhe article deals with the main tendencies of the utilization of the investment resources by public companies of Ukraine, including mobilization from international capital markets. The potential of the agricultural public companies of Ukraine from the perspective of the possibilities to reach the international investment resources is evaluated. The key perspectives of the developments for public companies of Ukraine in the sphere of search and utilization of new sources of the investment resources are identified.
