Abstract

У статті вивчається феномен організаційної культури, моделюється система організаційної культури, досліджуються її функції та структура в умовах агропромислових формувань.

In the article the phenomenon of culture in organization has been studied, the modeling system of the organizational culture have been proposed, its function and structure have been researched in conditions of agro-industrial units.
