Abstract
У статті досліджено сучасний стан імплементації принципів гідної праці на вітчизняних підприємствах, визначено пріоритетні напрями, теоретичні засади та практичні рекомендації щодо розширення можливостей відтворення трудового потенціалу підприємств України в контексті принципів гідної праці.
The current state of implementation of the principles of decent work at the domestic enterprises, priority areas, theoretical principles and practical recommendations on the empowering the labor potential reproduction of the enterprises in Ukraine in the context of decent work are defined in the article. The processes in social and labor sphere, characterized by significant contradictions — while, on the one hand, increasing demands for employees, there is a gradual intellectualization of labor, increasing of the value of human capital, on the other hand — we see the deepening of the «new poverty» the impoverishment of the working population, processes of the desocialization of labor sphere. The priority areas of expansion of labor potential reproduction at the domestic enterprises in the context of decent work are: providing a decent wage by enhancing innovation and the formation of entrepreneurial thinking, creative approaches to solving production problems in terms of scarce resources; creating a culture of mutual support, the establishment of corporate culture values highly focused on preserving and developing the employment potential; growth opportunities for the required amount of social investment through the development of international cooperation, participation in international projects; strengthening cohesion in social values and responsibility.
В статье исследовано современное состояние имплементации принципов достойного труда на отечественных предприятиях, определены приоритетные направления, теоретические основы и практические рекомендации по расширению возможностей воспроизводства трудового потенциала предприятий Украины в контексте принципов достойного труда.
