Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню сучасних особливостей формування офіційних резервних активів в умовах фінансової глобалізації. У статті визначено ключові аспекти формування офіційних резервних активів відповідно до оновлених керівних принципів «Міжнародні резерви і ліквідність в іноземній валюті. Форма надання даних». Проводиться аналіз того, у яких конвертованих валютах виражені міжнародні резерви. Акцентовано на сучасних особливостях структури офіційних резервних активів, зокрема на роіь СДР та монетарного золота. Досліджуються обсяги міжнародних резервів України. Наголошується на необхідності подальших розробок у формуванні оптимальної структури офіційних резервних активів з огляду на нарощення кризових явищ та дисбалансів у країнах світу на сучасному етапі розвитку світової економіки.
The article is devoted to the research of modern features of formation of official reserve assets in the conditions of financial globalization. The article defines the key aspects of the formation of official reserve assets in accordance with the updated guidelines «International reserves and liquidity in foreign currency. Form Data Provisioning». An analysis is conducted in which convertible currencies are expressed by international reserves. The emphasis is on modern features of the structure of official reserve assets, in particular, the role of SDR and monetary gold. The volumes of international reserves of Ukraine are researched. It is emphasized the need for further development in the formation of the optimal structure of official reserve assets in view of the increase of crisis phenomena and imbalances in the countries of the world at the present stage of development of the world economy.
