Abstract
У статті розглянуто значення та завдання обліково-аналітичних інструментів у формуванні інформаційного забезпечення системи управління підприємства. Змістом управління є по стійне прийняття управлінських рішень, спрямованих на розв’язання конкретних завдань і досягнення цілей підприємства. Прийняття управлінського рішення передбачає вибір одного варіанту дій серед можливих альтернатив. Для цього необхідне належне інформаційне обґрунтування альтернативних варіантів управлінських рішень.
The meaning and tasks of accounting and analytical tools for the formation of information support for the enterprise management system are considered in the article. The maintenance of management is a constant taking of the administrative decisions directed on achievement of the specific purposes and tasks of the enterprise. Taking of an administrative decision provides for option of one variant among the possible alternatives. For this effect a proper informational argument of the variants of administrative decisions is necessary. The main source of data for the management system is accounting. Information with sufficient quantitative and qualitative characteristics for management is produced in the accounting in particular. Economic analysis settles down the possible variants of use of the identified reserves, improving the efficiency of the enterprise and its units. The main task of accounting and analytical tools in the field of management at the enterprise is to minimize information uncertainty. Preparation and aggregation of information for argumentation of a specific group of solutions are carried out with the help of tools. Therefore in order to implement administrative decisions regarding the providing the production it is necessary to have sufficient information about the technological processes that are carried out at the enterprise and control over the effectiveness of their implementation.
