Казначейське обслуговування видатків на соціальну сферу бюджету м. Києва

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є відносини, що складаються між учасниками бюджетного процесу в процесі казначейського обслуговування видаткової частини місцевих бюджетів на соціальну сферу. Досліджено теоретичні засади казначейського обслуговування видатків, проаналізовано практику здійснення органами казначейства обслуговування видатків міста Києва, досліджені проблеми та перспективи вдосконалення організації виконання видаткової частини бюджету.

The subject of the study is the relations between the participants of the budget process in the process of treasury service of the expenditure part of local budgets in the social sphere. The theoretical principles of treasury service maintenance were investigated, the practice of treasury services servicing the expenditures of the city of Kyiv was analyzed, problems and perspectives of improving the organization of implementation of the expenditure part of the budget were investigated.
