Abstract
В роботі в умовах цивілізаційних та глобалізацій них зсувів аналізується потужний розвиток ТНК та їх подальша
експансія на міжнародних ринках. Приділяється увага думкам фахівців щодо вплив ТНК на економічний суверенітет держав,
на економічну владу та безпеку. Досліджується позиціювання ТНК у світі, найбільші світові ТНК та іноземні ТНК в Україні.
This work presents a research of the present stage of the world economy, and identifies the impact of TNCs as the main
actors of economic development on economic security and economic sovereignty under globalization. In modern conditions of
civilization and globalization displacements analyzed the development of powerful transnational corporations and their further
expansion into international markets. Attention is paid to the opinions experts on the impact of TNCs on economic sovereignty of
states, economic power and security. We study the positioning of TNCs in the world, the worlds largest multinationals and foreign
multinationals in Ukraine. Is noted that economic security and economic sovereignty together closely interrelated concepts.
Economic security and sovereignty as the foundation of economic development must take into account national interests and ideas.
The identified measures that would help ensure economic security and sovereignty of Ukraine.
