Abstract
Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню фінансових механізмів забезпечення
збалансованого людського розвитку. Поглиблено розуміння ролі людського
розвитку у фінансовій науці. Проведено комплексний аналіз фінансового
забезпечення, як домінанти збалансованого людського розвитку. Поглиблено
підходи до оцінки структурно-функціональних характеристик фінансових
механізмів збалансування людського розвитку. Досліджено систему фінансового
забезпечення людського розвитку. Здійснено аналіз позабюджетного фінансування
збалансованого людського розвитку та соціальних інвестицій, як інструменту
еволюції людиноцентричного бізнесу. Надано оцінку людському розвитку та
фінансовому забезпеченню об’єктів соціальної сфери в Україні. Розроблено
методичні рекомендації з оцінки дієвості фінансових джерел в процесі побудови
моделі соціальної держави. Визначено особливості фінансування проєктів і програм
людського розвитку за рахунок зарубіжних урядових фондів та іноземних
недержавних фондів. З’ясовано роль міждержавних інституцій й альтернативних
форм фінансування у відтворенні людського потенціалу. Запропоновано
концептуальні підходи до розбудови фінансових технологій та визначення їх впливу
на людський розвиток. Визначено потенціал фінансового забезпечення людського
розвитку в епоху крауд-технологій та фінансування освітньої компоненти
людського розвитку за рахунок ендавменту. Запропоновано концептуальні і
стратегічні напрями активізації фінансових механізмів забезпечення збалансованого
людського розвитку в Україні.
The doctoral thesis is devoted to research of financial mechanisms for sustainable
human development support. This study aims to contribute to this growing area of research
by exploring the theoretical and methodological principles and providing
recommendations on sustainable human development and appropriate practice of
financing. Lack of financial resources has existed as a human development problem for
many years worldwide. In particular, the current global social and economic development
is influenced by economic and financial entities, which are often unable to fulfill the
growth demand for financial resources in the context of sustainable human development
paradigm formation. On the one hand, the main challenge faced by many researchers is the
understanding of methodological principles and practical manifestation of existing
sustainable human development financing. On the other hand, applied researches and
business representatives constantly observe the possibility to attract additional financial
resources, which support the achievement of sustainable human development goals.
However, the fundamental researches on human development and its sustainability are
limited by human development diversity. The issue has grown in importance in light of
recent social and economic changes in Ukraine. So far, however, there has been little
discussion about financial mechanisms for sustainable human development in the works of
Ukrainian researchers. Therefore, this study seeks to obtain data which will help to address
these research gaps.
The specific purpose of this study was to substantiate theoretical and
methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for the development
of financial mechanisms for ensuring sustainable human development in Ukraine. The
particular attention is paid to the possibilities of social and economic development in the
conditions of digital technologies widespread. The study set out to clarify several
theoretical and applied aspects of financial mechanisms for sustainable human
development support. In particular, the main attention is paid to the theoretical
peculiarities of human development and its role in contemporary economic and financial
science. This study attempts to provide a critical analysis of the scientific views on the
evolution of social responsible business and the system of human development indicators.
The current doctoral thesis systematically reviews the data for human development
worldwide, aiming to provide the information on collaboration between human and
economic development.
Part of the aim of this study is to substantiate scientifically the financial system of
sustainable human development. The structural and functional analysis of financial
mechanisms and their role in ensuring human development is carried out. This dissertation
seeks to explain the state role and appropriate financial tools for strengthening financial
support of sustainable human development. The study identifies the position of Ukrainian
economy within the particular international human development rankings. The
comparative analyze of financial support within the separate areas of social sector in Ukraine is made. The current research shines new light on the grant financing. The study
set out to gain further understanding of social responsible business in Ukraine. This thesis
intends to pay attention to the European standards of human development. In particular,
the innovative mechanisms of financing human development in Germany are identified.
This study examines the practice of supporting the human development of Great Britain
and France. The Nordic experience of social investment attraction is developed.
This dissertation seeks to explain the dialectic of the connection between social
investments and the value measurement of human development components. The
conceptual approaches to the development of the digital paradigm of human development
are proposed. The effects of the FinTech phenomenon on human development are
outlined. The influence of digital technologies on the market of financial services is
determined. The modern financial mechanisms of support of sustainable human
development are proposed. As the result, strategies for ensuring human development in the
context of global digital changes in Ukraine are developed.
The innovative nature of Fintech is analyzed as a combination of the positive
changes that financial technology can provide for customers and businesses. The
implementation of each of Fintech effects is reflected in the respective competencies. As a
result of developing a scientific approach to the FinTech justification and its impact on
human development, the social function of FinTech is expanded by distinguishing
subfunctions: adaptive, consumer and social based on the fittings of matrices of start-up
competencies in Ukraine. Modern financial mechanisms for ensuring sustainable human
development is substantiated. This allows to solve the problems of crowdfunding in
Ukraine, considering the study of social investment practices through the UK and
Germany crowdfunding platforms. In particular, managing specialized forums and
seminars, where crowdfunding managers will be able to find advice from beneficiaries and
reduce their level of mistrust will help to overcome information asymmetries on the
benefits of crowdfunding. Developing risk management mechanisms for social projects
will reduce investors' doubts about the reliability of crowdfunding platforms. Developing
and refining a methodology for planning and calculating transaction costs will increase
stakeholder awareness of the benefits of crowdfunding in terms of reducing transaction
costs, the length and complexity of the paperwork for obtaining financial resources. A
diagnostic toolkit for evaluating the dialectics of social investment communication and the
value measurement of the educational component of human development is developed,
using the accelerator multiplier model. According to the calculations, the amount of
autonomous investment is much larger than the actual investment invested in education.
Therefore, the need to attract additional financial resources to education through advanced
technology of endowment funds is substantiated. In the context of ensuring sustainable
human development in Ukraine, it is proposed to consider the distribution of financial
methods, tools and levers in terms of: 1) financial mechanisms of resource formation; 2)
financial mechanisms for resource allocation; 3) financial mechanisms for using resources
to components of sustainable human development.
Диссертация посвящена исследованию финансовых механизмов обеспечения
сбалансированного человеческого развития. Углублено понимание роли
человеческого развития в финансовой науке. Проведен комплексный анализ
финансового обеспечения, как доминанты сбалансированного человеческого
развития. Углубленно подходы к оценке структурно-функциональных
характеристик финансовых механизмов сбалансирования человеческого развития.
Исследована система финансового обеспечения человеческого развития.
Осуществлен анализ внебюджетного финансирования сбалансированного
человеческого развития и социальных инвестиций, как инструмента эволюции
людиноцентричного бизнеса. Дана оценка человеческому развитию и финансовому
обеспечению объектов социальной сферы в Украине. Разработаны методические
рекомендации по оценке действенности финансовых источников в процессе
построения модели социального государства. Определены особенности
финансирования проектов и программ человеческого развития за счет зарубежных
правительственных фондов и иностранных негосударственных фондов. Выяснена
роль межгосударственных институтов и альтернативных форм финансирования в
воспроизводстве человеческого потенциала. Предложены концептуальные подходы
к развитию финансовых технологий и определение их влияния на развитие
общества. Определен потенциал финансового обеспечения человеческого развития в
эпоху крауд-технологий и финансирования образовательной компоненты
человеческого развития за счет эндавмента. Предложены концептуальные и
стратегические направления активизации финансовых механизмов обеспечения
сбалансированного человеческого развития в Украине.
