Шлях України до ЄС: подолання межі делімітації цінностей двох економічних систем

Abstract

Переважна більшість держав сучасного світу відносяться до «природних держав», які обмежують насильство за допомогою політичного маніпулювання економікою для створення привілейованих груп інтересів. Це дозволяє обмежити застосування насильства впливовими індивідами, але одночасно створює перешкоди для економічного і політичного розвитку. У протилежність такому порядку розвинуті держави удосконалюють суспільний устрій на засадах відкритого доступу економічним і політичним організаціям, стимулюючи політичну та економічну конкуренцію.

A great majority of the countries that constitute the today’s world belong to the «natural states» that tend to limit violence through political manipulation of the economy in order to create privileged interest groups. It allows those countries to restrict the use of violence by influential individuals, but simultaneously hinders its economic and political development. In contrast, the developed countries tend to improve their social and institutional systems by creating open access conditions for the economic and political organizations and promoting political and economic competition.
