Особливості венчурного фінансування в системі комерціалізації інновацій

Abstract

У статті розкрито роль венчурного фінансування в сучасних процесах комерціалізації інновацій як одного з найбільш поширених механізмів стимулювання науково-дослідної діяльності у розвинутих країнах світу. Розкрито еволюцію та сучасний характер венчурного бізнесу, а також оцінено ефективність країнових моделей його організації. Особлива увага приділена аналізу кількісних і якісних параметрів світового ринку венчурного капіталу та обґрунтуванню механізмів розвитку венчурної індустрії в Україні.

The article is devoted to the research of the role of venture financing in modern processes of commercialization of innovations as one of the most widespread mechanisms of R&D stimulation in developed countries. The evolution and modern characteristics of venture business are revealed as well as effectiveness of national models of its arrangement are evaluated. Considerable attention is given to the analyses of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the world market of venture capital as well as grounding of the mechanisms of venture industry development in Ukraine.
