Abstract
Стратегія конструктивізму є однією із найефективніших для країн, що знаходяться на перетині інтересів великих гравців у глобальній економіці. Сучасне валютне реформування та принципи позиціонування Казахстану можуть стати яскравим прикладом того, як потрібно проводити внутрішню політику забезпечення інтересів соціально спрямованої держави, включаючи дефініції валютного механізму. Всі заходи та дії центрального банку та уряду завжди були виважені, послідовні та передбачувані: дотримувалася логіка та економічне обґрунтування у курсовій політиці при паралельному проведенні лібералізації валютного ринку.
The strategy of constructivism is one of the most efficient ones for the countries which stand at the intersection of interests of large players in the global economy. The modern currency reformation and principles of positioning of Kazakhstan could be a bright example of how the internal policy should be implemented to ensure the interests of a socially oriented state, including definitions of the currency mechanism. All measures and actions of the central bank and the government have always been weighted, consistent and foreseeable: the logic and economic substantiation have always been adhered to in the exchange rate policy at simultaneous liberalization of the foreign exchange market.
