Abstract
In the article the presence of banks with foreign capital at the financial market of Ukraine was investigated, the comparative analysis of national and foreign banks was made and the main differences between them were identified. The conclusions concerning the motives of foreign banks’ entering the Ukrainian market of financial services were provided.
