dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню первинного публічного розміщення акцій на прикладі ПАТ «Кернел». У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи ІРО та його роль у фінансуванні підприємств. Визначено основні переваги даного виду залучення капіталу. Здійснено аналіз здійснених ІРО вітчизняними підприємствами за період 2005-2012 рр. Проаналізовано фактори та переваги здійснення ІРО ПАТ «Кернел» та здійснено оцінку впливу цього процесу на фінансовий стан компанії. Також, запропоновано напрями підвищення інвестиційної привабливості акцій українських підприємств на світовому фондовому ринку на прикладі ПАТ «Кернел» та виокремлено перспективи розвитку національного ринку акцій в розрізі активізації процесу ІРО на ньому. The bachelor's qualification thesis is devoted to the study of the initial public offering (IPO) using the case of PJSC «Kernel». The paper examines the theoretical foundations of IPOs and their role in corporate financing. The main advantages of this method of capital raising are identified. An analysis of IPOs conducted by Ukrainian enterprises is presented. The factors and benefits of PJSC «Kernel»s IPO are analyzed, along with an assessment of its impact on the company's financial condition. Additionally, the thesis proposes directions for increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukrainian companies’ shares on the global stock market based on the example of PJSC «Kernel» and outlines prospects for the development of the national stock market in the context of enhancing IPO activity.
