Оскільки системи та їх зв’язок надзвичайно важливі для сучасних організацій, глобальний ринок інтеграції даних швидко зростає. У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження стану, кон’юнктури та ключових тенденції розвитку глобального ринку послуг з інтеграцію даних, що нарощує значення на міжнародній арені та відкриває нові можливості зростання для іноземних та українських компаній в умовах становлення цифрового суспільства. Проаналізовано динаміку розвитку та місткість глобального ринку послуг із інтеграції даних за роками. Систематизовано та доповнено схему аналізу глобального та регіонального ринків, їх сегментацію та розрахунку частки компанії на них за допомогою початкового визначення материнського та цільового ринків. Визначено основні сегменти за компонентами, розгортаннями, розміром організацій, бізнес-додатками, кінцевими користувачами і регіонами, їх динаміку зростання та прогнозовані їх ринкові розміри у період 2018–2022 рр. Розраховано сукупний середньорічний темп зростання станом на прогнозований 2029 р. для різних регіонів та бізнес-додатків. Виявлено основних перспективних лідерів, ключових продавців, лідерів ніші, новаторів ринку та глобальних гравців в цілому, серед яких є й українські фірми; частки компаній на ринку станом на 2021 р. Проаналізовано їх діяльність щодо конкурентних розробок, таких як спільні підприємства, злиття і поглинання, розробка нових продуктів, розширення та науково-дослідна діяльність на глобальному ринку інтеграції даних. Досліджено потенціал розвитку вітчизняного ринку ІТ-технологій, даних та послуг щодо їх інтеграції. Проведено SWOT-аналіз ринку із виокремленням сильних і слабких сторін функціонування ринку, а також загроз та можливостей впливу на нього факторів зовнішнього середовища, з’ясовано основні фактори, що впливають на розвиток ринку, а саме — рушійні сили, обмеження та специфічні для галузі виклики. With the process of digitization of society, data is undoubtedly becoming one of the most valuable business assets. As systems and their communication are extremely important to today’s organizations, the global data integration market is growing rapidly. The issue of the development of innovations in the IT sector, the digital economy, and its impact on changes in people’s lives is being dealt with by both domestic and foreign scientists, among whom we can distinguish L. Antoniuk, V. Bazilevich, O. Drobotiuk, Z. Kanbolat, S. Moro, F. Pinarbazi, M. Porata, T. Tsygankova, A. Shemeta, O. Yaremenko, O. Yatsenko, and others. In the article, it goes about a comprehensive study of the state, conjuncture, and key trends in the development of the global market of data integration services, which is increasing its importance in the international arena and opens up new growth opportunities for foreign and domestic companies, in the conditions of the formation of a digital society, is carried out. The dynamics of development and the capacity of the global data integration services market by years are analyzed. Systematized and supplemented the scheme of analysis of global and regional markets, their segmentation, and calculation of the company’s share in them using the initial definition of parent and target markets. The main segments by components, deployments, size of organizations, business applications, end users, and regions are determined, as their growth dynamics and their projected market sizes in the period 2018-2022. The cumulative average annual growth rate as of forecasted 2029 is calculated for various regions and business applications. The main prospective leaders, key sellers, niche leaders, market innovators, and global players, in general, have been identified, including Ukrainian firms; market shares of companies as of 2021, their activities for competitive developments such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, new product development, expansions, and research activities in the global data integration market are analyzed. The development potential of the domestic market of IT technologies, data, and services regarding their integration has been studied.
