Мета дослідження – доповнення існуючих теоретичних і прагматичних положень щодо ролі інформації в конкурентних стратегіях фінансових посередників на постіндустріальних фінансових ринках. Методологія. Застосовано системний метод для дослідження особливостей постіндустріальної організації фінансових ринків, аксіоматичний метод – для вивчення інформаційної компоненти в стратегіях фінансових посередників, методи аналізу та синтезу – з метою окреслення ролі інформації на сучасному фінансовому ринку. Отримані результати. Встановлено, що постіндустріальний етап розвитку економіки суттєво трансформує відносини на фінансовому ринку. В таких умовах надзвичайно зростає роль інформаційної складової для учасників фінансового ринку. В свою чергу фінансові посередники формують принципово нові підходи до власної конкурентної стратегії на постіндустріальних фінансових ринках. Цінність дослідження. Отримані результати дають можливість оцінити сценарії розвитку фінансового посередництва в умовах зростання ролі інформації, віртуалізації постіндустріальних фінансових ринків.Research objective. The aim is to supplement existing theoretical and pragmatic provisions concerning the role of information in the competitive strategies of financial intermediaries in the postindustrial financial markets. Methodology. The study applies the systematic method for research of postindustrial organization of financial markets, axiomatic method for research of information components in strategies of financial intermediaries, methods of analysis and synthesis for revealing the role of information in modern financial markets. Findings. The study established, that post-industrial economy’s development significantly transforms relationships in the financial market. In such circumstances, the role of information component is extremely increasing for financial market actors. In turn, financial intermediaries form the new approaches to their competitive strategy in the post-industrial financial markets.
