Обґрунтовано складові моделі гідної праці та особливості соціально-трудових відносин у сфері інтелектуальної діяльності.The forming and establishment of Knowledge Economy process, the changes features in the content and organization of work are considered in the article. The peculiarities of intellectual and creative work are outlined. The main components of decent work model and characteristics of social and labor relations in the sphere of intellectual activity are substantiated. In our opinion, for further socio-economic development of decent work there should be the dominant source of sustainable development, the state and the enterprises, the individuals. In connection with Ukraine there is no alternative to the further innovative socio-economic development implementation in practice of ideas; decent work is a major challenge to overcome the sharp negative phenomena in social and labor issues. Issues of decent work should be expanded and adapted to the specific labor and labor relations in the post-industrial economy or knowledge economy, in which intellectual priority is employment. To outline features of decent work and social and labor relations in the sphere of intellectual activity is the purpose of this article and subsequent research of the author. Acute problem for Ukraine is the issue of decent work in business, including innovation, providing the intellectualization sector of business.Рассмотрено формирование и становление экономики знаний, особенности изменений в содержании и организации труда. Определены особенности интеллектуального, творческого труда.
