The analysis of the existing management system of the company comparing it with existing theoretical consepts was provided. The assessment of the specificity and effectiveness of Luxoft DXC Technology Company management system models application on the national market was done. It was develop and substantiate suggestions regarding improvement of the companyʼs project management system.
