The traditional methods of determination of consumers' needs satisfaction level with the recognition of requirements of the international system of quality standards ISO 9000:2000 are shown. Influence of index of consumer loyalty is pointed in forming of the desired market positions of enterprise. The value of measuring of consumers' needs satisfaction level within forming of the desired level of their loyalty is proven. The role of workers of non-marketing structure subdivisions in creation of consumer value chains within the system of the internal marketing of enterprise is shown. A role and value of analytical function is illustrated in the construction of the effective system of the internal marketing of enterprise.
