У статті проведено моделювання процесу професійного становлення на основі мультиноміальної логістичної регресії. У статті виокремлено напрями регулювання професійно-освітніх траєкторій молоді.The article investigates the features of modeling professional and educational trajectories of young people in aspects of providing its competitiveness. The aim of the research is to model professional educational trajectories of young people, the development and validation of proposals in order to regulate them in the aspect of youth competitiveness. Finding solution to the problem of measuring the degree of influence of certain factors on the direction and intensity of the professional and educational trajectory the multinomial logistic regression was built to model the process of professional development. By constructing of such models it can be predicted the probability a person will choose a particular trajectory depending on his opportunities and expectations. Investigation of the typical for Ukraine professional educational trajectories indicates that the modifications is largely a reflection of the current asymmetries in the social and labor areas. Based on the aforementioned, the main areas of regulating professional and educational trajectories of young people are: the redesign of professional choice and career path factors and adjusting their priorities in the face of rising role of parents in choosing a profession; improvement of career guidance activities; development of measures to strengthen the functions associated with the formation of professional and educational trajectories of young people; development and implementation of programs for improving the quality and structure of education.Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей моделирования профессионально- образовательных траекторий молодежи в аспекте обеспечения ее конкурентоспособности.
