From the aspect of the enterprise, the organization in general, the process of transition is undertaken with the aim of operating more rationally, more efficiently and profitable. The situation in the countries that are involved in the transition process is characterized by high unemployment rate, low level of economic activity, lack of investment, pronounced social stratification.
