Розроблено цілісну концепцію дослідження цифрової трансформації ЗВО щодо підвищення ефективності процесів впровадження цифрових інноваційних технологій та розроблення інструментарію оцінювання ефективності цифровізації освітньої діяльності, впровадження цифрових проєктних рішень у систему управління діяльністю ЗВО як економічного суб’єкта. У дисертації застосовано підходи та методи, притаманні економічній науці: економіко-математичне моделювання, методи нечіткого моделювання для оцінювання ефективності функціонування суб’єкта господарювання, інструменти оцінки конкурентоспроможності та цифрової зрілості, системи підтримки управлінських рішень, функціональний та проєктний підходи до економічної організації діяльності ЗВО. Запропоновано систему моделей оцінювання ефективності цифровізації освітньої діяльності на підґрунті розроблення організаційно-технологічних, науково-освітніх та моделей нечіткої логіки. Запропонована організаційно-технологічна архітектура цифрового інноваційного консорціуму, яка дозволяє ефективно інтегрувати структуру ЗВО у цифрове освітнє середовище, підвищуючи його конкурентоспроможність на державному та міжнародному рівнях. The dissertation is devoted to studying theoretical, methodological, and applied principles of modeling the processes of introducing digital technologies and systems into the activities of higher education institutions. A holistic concept of studying the digital transformation of higher education institutions has been developed to increase the efficiency of the processes of introducing digital innovative technologies and developing a toolkit for assessing the effectiveness of digitalization of educational activities, implementing digital design solutions into the management system of the activities of higher education institutions as an economic entity. The dissertation employs approaches and methods inherent in economic science, including economic and mathematical modeling, fuzzy modeling methods for assessing the effectiveness of a business entity's functioning, tools for evaluating competitiveness and digital maturity, management decision support systems, and functional and design approaches to the economic organization of higher education activities. A system of models to evaluate the effectiveness of digitalization of educational activities has been proposed based on the development of organizational and technological, scientific and educational, and fuzzy logic models.
