Сформульовано багатовимірну модель, що охоплює соціально-етичний, медичний і фінансово-економічний виміри. В межах кожного виміру запропоновано аналітичну рамку оцінювання, побудовану за принципом «ресурс — процес — спосіб». Представлений підхід дозволяє поєднати змістовну глибину та функціональну структурність управлінських дій, закладаючи підґрунтя для подальшого розвитку інструментарію стратегічного аналізу у сфері медичного менеджменту. The article offers a theoretical and methodological conceptualization of the effectiveness of managing the development of a healthcare institution, understood as a complex, multi-level process that integrates strategic, professional, social, and ethical components. It is emphasized that the development of a medical institution goes beyond infrastructure modernization or the expansion of services; it requires deep transformations in managerial approaches, oriented toward long-term sustainability, social responsibility, and human-centeredness. In the context of modern healthcare systems, there is a growing need for management models that not only ensure economic efficiency but also preserve the value-based orientation of medical practice. Based on the analysis of academic sources, a comparison of different theoretical approaches, and consideration of sectoral specifics, a three-dimensional structure for interpreting the effectiveness of development management in healthcare institutions is proposed. This structure includes social and ethical, medical, and financial-economic dimensions. Within each of these dimensions, an analytical framework for assessment is outlined, constructed around the triad: «resource — process — modality.» This approach not only systematizes the content of managerial decisions but also highlights qualitative characteristics of governance, such as ethical soundness, evidence orientation, flexibility, and strategic coherence. The proposed concept provides a scholarly foundation for the future development of practical tools for evaluating effectiveness, aligned with the contemporary challenges faced by healthcare systems.
