Акцент робиться на тому, що сьогодні запит суспільства націлений на переформатування професійної освіти у напрямку демократизації, підвищення фундаментальності, використання найновіших технологій навчання, забезпечення взаємозв’язку ринку освітніх послуг із ринком праці. Гостра потреба стоїть у реформуванні системи нормативно-правових актів, якими урегульовано відносини у аналізованій сфері, з метою орієнтації на випускників, які змогли б оперувати новими технологіями та знаннями, які відповідатимуть потребам інформаційного суспільства, можливостям самореалізації у післявоєнний період. Сучасна професійна освіта повинна мати розвиток відповідно до якого, людина може мати можливості володіти знаннями, уміннями та навичками у сфері професійної діяльності для отримання нею кваліфікації чи перекваліфікація, що забезпечить участь особистості в суспільно корисній праці відповідно до її інтересів і здібностей. This article is intended to study the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of professional education. Emphasis is placed on the fact that today the demand of society is aimed at reformatting professional education in the direction of democratization, increasing fundamentality, using the latest learning technologies, ensuring the interconnection of the market of educational services with the labor market. There is an urgent need to reform the system of regulatory and legal acts that regulate relations in the analyzed area, with the aim of targeting graduates who would be able to operate with new technologies and knowledge that will meet the needs of the information society, the possibilities of self-realization in the post-war period. Modern professional education should have a development in accordance with which a person can have the opportunity to possess knowledge, abilities and skills in the field of professional activity in order to obtain qualifications or requalification, which will ensure the participation of the individual in socially useful work in accordance with his interests and abilities. At the same time, professional education can be considered as a means of self-realization of the individual, since it is in professional activity that human abilities are most fully revealed. The professional direction of human development should encourage the education of a socially active individual who is guided by universal and cultural values in his life. Professionalism and specialization will help in meeting the urgent and prospective production needs of qualified specialists whose training level would meet the requirements of scientific and technical and social progress, develop professional qualities and human mobility. The active implementation of dual education will provide an opportunity to fill the labor market with high-quality, professionally capable employees, which is why this type of education must be actively implemented.
