Побудовано класифікаційна матриця нормативно-правового забезпечення управління людськими ресурсами.This article is devoted to the topical issue of human resources management in Ukraine. The goal of this article is to research and analysis of the legal framework that establishes the key principles and rules of interaction between the state, employer and employee as members of social and labor relations to improve the quality and effectiveness. Human resources are the most efficient ones in comparison with others (land, capital, enterprise), because of only accumulation their potential, developing knowledge and expertise that help enterprise to get a profit and form competitive advantages. According to this, the problem of normative and legal support of human resources management in Ukraine is investigated. The research of normative and legal support of human resources management in Ukraine allowed systematizing legal acts and other main tools within this issue. This classification takes into account a distribution of all normative and legal acts and documents by three classification features: the level of action, the direction of action and the functional focus. Also, relaying on this, the classification matrix of normative and legal support of human resources management is constructed.Данная статья посвящена актуальному вопросу управления человеческими ресурсами в Украине.
