The relationship between rational and emotional components of management activity is revealed. The main approaches to understanding the role of emotions in decision-making are analyzed, as well as their influence on the speed, quality, and effectiveness of managerial actions. Special attention is paid to the importance of emotional intelligence, intuition, and psychological resilience of managers under conditions of uncertainty, stress, and risk.
