Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена масштабною цифровою трансформацією економіки, розвитком платформних бізнес-моделей, поширенням інтелектуальних цифрових технологій та необхідністю забезпечення стійкості транспортно-логістичних систем в умовах глобальної нестабільності, воєнних викликів, порушення міжнародних ланцюгів постачання та трансформації промислових ринків. У сучасних умовах цифрові технології стають стратегічною основою підвищення ефективності транспортно-логістичного бізнесу, оптимізації логістичних процесів, забезпечення прозорості ланцюгів постачання та формування конкурентних переваг транспортно-логістичних операторів. Водночас недостатній рівень цифрової інтеграції логістичних процесів, фрагментарність цифрових рішень та обмежене використання сучасних AI-технологій у транспортній логістиці зумовлюють необхідність розвитку теоретико-методичних підходів до діджиталізації транспортно-логістичних послуг на промислових ринках. The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and the formulation of practical recommendations for the digitalization of transport and logistics services in industrial markets under the conditions of the digital economy, Industry 4.0, and Logistics 5.0. The relevance of the research is determined by the large-scale digital transformation of the economy, the development of platform-based business models, the rapid dissemination of intelligent digital technologies, and the growing need to ensure the resilience of transport and logistics systems under conditions of global instability, wartime challenges, disruptions of international supply chains, and the transformation of industrial markets. In the contemporary business environment, digital technologies have become a strategic foundation for improving the efficiency of transport and logistics operations, optimizing logistics processes, ensuring supply chain transparency, and strengthening the competitive advantages of transport and logistics service providers.
