У першому розділі дипломної роботи були проаналізовані теоретичні засади управління людськими ресурсами. Розкрито сутність і зміст політики управління людськими ресурсами. Другий розділ присвячений аналізу політики управління людськими ресурсами ТОВ «Хесторія Україна», оцінці її сильних сторін та недоліків.
