The topic is actual due to increasing geopolitical and geoeconomic shocks, aggravation of economic problems in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, deterioration of budget stability that rise the question of public debt management in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the research is the methods of empirical and comparative analysis, statistical methods, and the method of graphic representation.
