У статті досліджено роль стратегічного партнерства у формуванні освітньої екосистеми України, визначено його ключових учасників, механізми взаємодії та вплив на розвиток інновацій. Використано методи систематизації, узагальнення, системного та структурного аналізу, а також моделювання для оцінювання взаємозв’язків між елементами освітньої екосистеми в умовах цифрової трансформації та невизначеності. Розкрито сутність понять «стратегічне партнерство» та «освітня екосистема», охарактеризовано основних учасників партнерства: заклади освіти, наукові установи, бізнес-структури, державні органи та міжнародні організації. Доведено, що стратегічне партнерство ґрунтується на довготривалій взаємодії між учасниками задля досягнення спільних стратегічних цілей, що сприяє розвитку інновацій, підвищенню якості освіти та забезпеченню сталого розвитку країни. Обґрунтовано необхідність інтегрованого підходу до управління партнерськими зв’язками, який базується на кооперації освітніх установ, бізнесу, держави та міжнародних організацій. Підкреслено значущість корпоративного менеджменту для закладів вищої освіти та формування підприємницької культури. Визначено, що ефективне управління освітньою екосистемою передбачає довіру між учасниками, доброчесність та відкритість. Запропоновано враховувати ризики та наявні ресурси при розробці стратегічних партнерств, щоб уникнути неефективних об’єднань. Особливу увагу приділено питанням розширення міжнародного співробітництва у сфері освіти, що сприяє обміну передовими практиками та адаптації освітніх стандартів до європейських та світових вимог. Це дозволяє не лише покращити якість освітніх послуг, а й забезпечити конкурентоспроможність українських закладів освіти на глобальному рівні. The sphere of educational services in Ukraine is undergoing significant transformations due to digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, post-pandemic challenges, the functioning of educational institutions under martial law, and the need to modernize educational programs. The article examines the role of strategic partnership in the formation of the educational ecosystem of Ukraine, identifies its key participants, mechanisms of interaction, and impact on the development of innovations. Methods of systematization, generalization, systemic and structural analysis, as well as modeling are used to assess the relationships between elements of the educational ecosystem in the context of digital transformation and uncertainty. The essence of the concepts of “strategic partnership” and “educational ecosystem” is revealed, and the main participants of the partnership are characterized: educational institutions, scientific institutions, business structures, government agencies, and international organizations. It is proven that strategic partnership is based on long-term interaction between participants to achieve common strategic goals, which contributes to the development of innovations, improving the quality of education and ensuring sustainable development of the country. The need for an integrated approach to managing partnership relations, which is based on cooperation between educational institutions, business, the state and international organizations, is substantiated. The importance of corporate management for higher education institutions and the formation of an entrepreneurial culture is emphasized. It is determined that effective management of the educational ecosystem involves trust between participants, integrity and openness. It is proposed to take into account risks and available resources when developing strategic partnerships in order to avoid ineffective associations. Special attention is paid to the issues of expanding international cooperation in the field of education, which contributes to the exchange of best practices and the adaptation of educational standards to European and world requirements.
