Виокремлено основні технологічні досягнення в інформаційно-комунікаційній сфері та досліджено їх особливості. Доведено, що економічний ефект від застосування цифрових технологій спонукає до подальших технологічних зрушень. Виділено три рівні в рамках процесу цифрової трансформації економіки. Досліджено основні принципи розвитку сучасних інформаційних технологій в економіці.The article summarizes the main manifestations of digitalization and defines its influence in the context of the development of the digital economy and the emergence of new technological concepts. The main technological achievements in information and communication sphere are singled out and their features are investigated. It is proved that the economic effect from the use of digital technologies leads to further technological changes. Three levels are allocated within the process of digital transformation of the economy, namely: digital workplace; "Digital" user experience; digital business models and ecosystems. The basic principles of development of modern information technologies in the economy are investigated.
