The classification of participants based on interest in the results of resolving а commercial dispute was offered. Procedural status of each participant in the economic process was described. The author substantiates the positive aspect of simplified structure of participants of economic justice proceedings, determined completeness of legal status of each participant in the current economic procedural law and the ways to improve them.
