Акцентовано увагу на зміні парадигми дослідження національної, економічної безпеки та проблематики її складових в умовах глобалізації. Виявлено основні загрози інвестиційної безпеки на сучасному етапі розвитку країн світу. Доведено поліструктурність, складність, унікальність та індивідуальність формування інвестиційної моделі національної економіки, розкриті її особливості та досліджені структурні елементи. Показано активність моделі інвестиційної безпеки національних економік, у якій складові елементи постійно перебувають у динаміці, рушійному стані. Розкрито та розраховано основні індикатори інвестиційної безпеки в Україні, на основі яких доводиться безпечний стан інвестиційної моделі. Показано ефект залучення інвестицій з європейських країн, який має прояв не лише у збільшенні обсягів інвестицій, а й у покращенні взаємодії між Україною та країнами ЄС на основі реалізації Угоди про асоціацію та Угоди про поглиблену вільну торгівлю. Проаналізовано показники ВВП і прямих іноземних інвестицій у національній економіці, обсяг залучених інвестицій у національну економіку з країн ЄС і виявлено уповільнений темп економічного зростання та фактори, які вплинули на таке становище. Зазначено, що Україна має серйозні потреби в інвестиціях та фінансуванні власних потреб, а це вимагає мобілізації значних міжнародних ресурсів для підтримки макроекономічної стабільності. Змодельовано найбільш реалістичний сценарій залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій з країн ЄС на перспективу з урахуванням сучасного стану та етапу розвитку світової економіки. Виявлено та узагальнені кількісні та якісні фактори, які здійснюють вплив на залучення європейських прямих інвестицій, серед яких було виокремлено рівень інфляції, рівень споживання та зовнішній борг, які найбільше впливають на приріст європейських інвестицій й на підставі яких було побудовано модель з використанням пакета E-Views-7. Виявлено фактори, які знижують рівень інвестиційної безпеки та негативно впливають на обсяги залучення європейських інвестицій. Запропоновано заходи, які сприятимуть збільшенню обсягів залучення інвестицій з країн ЄС, та шляхи, які є перспективними напрямками формування моделі національної інвестиційної безпеки. The article reveals theoretical and methodological principles of research of the main component of economic security, i.e., investment, and provides a retrospective analysis of foreign and domestic approaches to understanding the essence of investment security. The emphasis is made on changing the paradigm of the national and economic security studies and the way the issues of national and economic security components are addressed in the context of globalization. The main threats to the investment security at the present stage of the global development are identified. The intricate structure, complexity, uniqueness and individuality of the national economy investment model are investigated, its features and structural elements are explored. Activity of the investment security model of national economies, in which the constituent elements are constantly in dynamic, moving state, is shown. The main indicators of investment security in Ukraine that the authors use to prove the secure state of the investment model are reviewed and calculated. The effect of attracting investment from European countries, which manifests itself not only in increasing investment volumes, but also in improving the interaction between Ukraine and the EU countries on the basis of implementation of the Association Agreement and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement, is shown. The indicators of GDP and foreign direct investment in the national economy, the volume of attracted investment into the national economy from the EU countries have been analysed, and the slowdown of economic growth and factors influencing this situation have been identified. It is noted that Ukraine has serious needs for investment and financing of its needs, which requires the mobilization of significant international resources to support macroeconomic stability. The most realistic scenario of attracting foreign direct investment from the EU countries for the prospect, considering the current state and stage of development of the world economy is modified. Quantitative and qualitative factors influencing the attraction of European direct investment have been identified and summarized, among which the level of inflation, consumption level and external debt, which have the greatest influence on the growth of European investment, and on the basis of this the model was constructed using the package E- Views – 7. The factors that reduce the level of investment security and adversely affect the attraction of European investment have been identified.
