It emphasizes that scientific research and innovative technologies are key factors in ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural sector, which plays an important role in guaranteeing food security. Modern approaches to agricultural management, such as precision farming, genetic developments, and bioenergy, are considered as means to optimize resource use. Special attention is given to the role of state support in financing scientific research and encouraging private investments in innovation development.
