Охарактеризовано сучасний стан ринку послуг і проаналізовано в динаміці кількість суб’єктів бізнесу, обсяги реалізованих послуг та обсяги інвестицій у невиробничу сферу. Запропоновано та обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрями перспективного розвитку вітчизняного ринку послуг з визначенням важелів впливу на нього державних інституцій.Determination to the concepts «service» and «market of services» are given. The features of functioning, pre-condition and stages of forming, becoming and home market of services development are certain, and also he is analysed the modern state. Factors and processes that influence on the production of services and forming of them gross value added are investigational. On the basis of results of estimation of dynamics of volumes of the realized services after market segments, that has a tendency to the increase, it is found out, that forming, effective functioning and dynamic market of services development in Ukraine is provided by creation and support from the side of the state of subjects of business of unproductive sphere, healthy competition between them, by the achievement of balanced of demand and supply of quality services. The dynamics of reduction to the amount of the enterprises of service business registered in Ukraine is also reasonable in a post-crisis period (2009-2011), that is predefined by that some enterprises temporally stopped activity or changed the basic type of activity on such that does not belong to service business. It is also set that from 2012, a volume of market of the realized services is elastic to the changes of amount of the registered enterprises of service business. On results undertaken a study the row of measures is offered in relation to market of services, that will be able to give an additional push to general development of the Ukrainian economy, development. Taking into account it priority directions of perspective home market of services development are worked out and reasonable in determination of levers of influence on him of state institutes and measures on minimization of risks of operating activity of basic players.В статье исследованы основные этапы становления и определены факторы, которые влияют на процесс развития отечественного рынка услуг. Охарактеризовано современное состояние рынка услуг и в динамике проанализировано количество субъектов бизнеса, объемы реализованных услуг и объемы инвестиций в непроизводственную сферу.
