The roles of the public and private sectors in this process are described, and what steps (measures) are taken regarding the implementation of the UBI. It is proved that the payments of international organizations and state aid to internally displaced persons during the armed conflict in 2022 correspond to the concept of guaranteed income. Here are presented the interim results of an absentee survey of the population of Ukraine regarding their attitude to the introduction of basic income in Ukraine. This citizen’s survey indicates an incomplete understanding of them the essence of the UBI’s concept, but it demonstrates the respondent’s attitude to payments and the desire of citizens to work better, more efficiently and learn more for this.ukArticle330.59316.442323.212
