The purpose of the article is to conduct a scientific study on the legal bases for the existence and development of Internet commerce in Ukraine and to outline the administrative and legal mechanisms of consumer protection in the Internet space. The leading research methods are general scientific and specific research methods, including methods of logic, analysis, comparison. The results of this study are to identify innovative ways to protect the rights of domestic consumers and ways to improve Ukrainian legislation during trading operations in cyberspace.
