The dissertation presents a comprehensive study of innovative financial instruments and their role in the recovery of Ukraine’s economy under wartime conditions. The relevance of the topic is determined by the simultaneous increase in the demand for financial resources for reconstruction and the constraints on traditional sources of financing, due to heightened risks, declining investment activity, capital migration, and unequal access to financial services. The study substantiates that financial innovations can strengthen the resilience of the financial system, expanding the toolkit for capital mobilisation, and supporting the structural changes necessary for economic recovery and modernisation. The conceptual foundations of financial innovations, their place in the structure of the modern financial market, and the specific features of their application in the national context are identified. It is shown that the effects of implementing innovative instruments are manifested not only in increased volumes of financing, but also in enhanced transparency of financial flows, reduced transaction costs, and expanded financial inclusion. It is emphasised that innovative financial market instruments should not be considered in isolation, but rather as elements of an integrated recovery mechanism combining government programmes, private investment, and the participation of civil society. In this regard, the interrelationship between innovative instruments and the core functions of the financial market—namely the transformation of savings into investment, risk redistribution, price discovery, and the provision of liquidity—is demonstrated. It is stressed that under wartime conditions priority is given to instruments capable of ensuring rapid access to financing, targeted use of funds, and increased transparency, thereby reducing the risks of inefficient resource allocation. The results obtained have both theoretical and practical significance and may be used in the development of policies and strategies for the financial development of Ukraine, particularly with regard to enhancing the adaptability of the financial sector to crisis shocks, developing financial infrastructure, shaping regulatory approaches to new instruments, and integrating the national financial market into the international financial space. The dissertation emphasises that the effectiveness of innovative financial instruments depends on the quality of the institutional environment, the coherence of fiscal and monetary policies, and the level of trust in financial intermediaries and public institutions.ukфінансовий ринокфінансові інноваціїкриптовалютакриптоактивиблокчейнкраудфандингфінансова системаінвестиціїцифрові фінансові активицифровізаціяфінансові ресурсифінансові інструментиризикиштучний інтелектвідновленняfinancial marketfinancial innovationscryptocurrencycryptoassetsblockchaincrowdfundingfinancial systeminvestmentsdigital financial assetsdigitalizationfinancial resourcesfinancial instrumentsrisksartificial intelligencerecoveryІнноваційні інструменти фінансового ринку та їх вплив на відновлення УкраїниInnovative tools of the financial market and their impact on the recovery of UkraineOther336.76:330.341.1:004.9(477)(043.3)
