It is worth noting, SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis are methodical supplements to the expert survey. The results of the research showed that little attention was paid to the environmental component of sustainable development. This article once again proves that acute socio-economic problems are in rural territories of Ukraine. It is important to consider this discrepancy in further state development strategies.
