Проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку бізнес-середовища США. Наведено ключові кількісно-якісні індикатори розвитку бізнес-середовища в США, зокрема позиції держави у міжнародних рейтингах, особливості фіскальної політики та ін. Ідентифіковано ключові аспекти розвитку та функціонування бізнесу в Сполучених Штатах Америки. Здійснено аналіз впливу торговельного протистояння між США та Китаєм на динаміку та вектор розвитку бізнесу в США. Проведено аналіз системи державної підтримки бізнесу в США. У третьому розділі ідентифіковано тенденції та виклики сучасного бізнес-середовища України. Дана аналітична оцінка діяльності бізнесу в Україні в умовах війни. З урахуванням міжнародного досвіду, зокрема США, запропоновано потенційні варіанти якісної трансформації бізнес-середовища у повоєнний період. The work provides the essence of the business environment category, the classification features of this phenomenon, the indicators of the assessment of the state and development of the business environment and the specifics of the rating of countries according to the state of development of the business environment are considered. The current state of development of the US business environment is analyzed. The key quantitative and qualitative indicators of the development of the business environment in the USA are given, in particular the position of the state in international ratings, the peculiarities of fiscal policy, etc. Key aspects of business development and operation in the United States of America have been identified. An analysis of the impact of the trade conflict between the USA and China on the dynamics and vector of business development in the USA was carried out. An analysis of the state business support system in the USA was carried out. The third chapter identifies the trends and challenges of the modern business environment of Ukraine. This is an analytical assessment of business activity in Ukraine during the war.
