Визначені відмінності в уявленні про стратегічний концепт для фірми і закладу вищої освіти, оцінена змістова подібність понять «якість освіти» та «якість освітньої програми». The article substantiates the need for universities to implement stakeholder analysis in the practice of quality education strategy. The recognition of the need to implement the concept of stakeholders in the field of education through the analysis of methodological documents of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance has been demonstrated.
