Узагальнено особливості процесу бюджетування на підприємстві як інструменту фінансового планування та оперативного управління діяльністю підприємства. Досліджено роль процесу бюджетування у плануванні фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства. Визначено переваги та доцільність використання бюджетування в системі управління діяльністю підприємств. Проведено узагальнення рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи бюджетування на підприємстві шляхом її автоматизації, висвітлено переваги автоматизації процесу бюджетування для досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства.Different scientific approaches for determining the nature and types of enterprise budgets are investigated in the article. Different approaches to classification of enterprise budgets are generalized. Requirements for the budget plan of the enterprise are considered. Advantages and disadvantages of the budgeting process are researched. The essentials of the budgeting process in the enterprise as a tool for financial planning and operational management of the company are overviewed. The role of the budgeting process within planning of financial and economic activities of the enterprise are discovered. Advantages and usefulness of budgeting using in the enterprise management system are pointed.
