The aim of the article is to show how the application of informational technology can contribute to the implementation of deliverology at the local government level as in the example of Ukraine. The methodology is based on the application of Difference in Difference method and the development of basic program codes for the implementation of deliverology at the local government level. It is proposed that multi-criteria methods of decision making be used to analyze information which is most often formalized in the format of groups of performance indicators of local budget programs. Further research may be necessary to develop recommendations for the use of a single standard of electronic databases for regional development indicators and local budgets.
