Визначено основних стейкхолдерів екосистеми інноваційного підприємництва у контексті партнерської взаємодії з офісом трансферу технологій та знань. Охарактеризовано зміст, цільові орієнтири, моделі та форми партнерської взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами. Запропоновано наступні моделі партнерської взаємодії між офісом трансферу технологій та знань та стейкхолдерами екосистеми інноваційного підприємництва – експертна, управлінська, проєктно-орієнтована, інформаційно-комунікаційна та модель різнорівневої співпраці. Ідентифіковано, що на вибір моделі співпраці між офісом трансферу технологій та знань зі стейкхолдерами впливає профіль університету та види наукових досліджень, які проводяться. The article highlights the importance of the role of the technology and knowledge transfer office as a platform for building a university entrepreneurship ecosystem. Supporting technology and know-how transfer should be a strategic imperative for science. This issue can be resolved by developing intermediary entities - knowledge and technology transfer offices. The main goal of the technology and knowledge transfer center is to commercialize and transfer scientific results into new products and services that benefit society.The main stakeholders of the ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship in the context of partnership with the technology and knowledge transfer office are identified -venture investors, business incubators and accelerators, government, business development agencies and business (small, medium and large enterprises). The content, objectives, models and forms of partnerships with stakeholders are characterized. The partnership interaction between the technology and knowledge transfer office and stakeholders of the ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship is formed as an organized and purposeful interaction of subjects (the technology and knowledge transfer office on the one hand and external stakeholders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in relation to the university on the other hand), which is determined by innovation, dynamism and is implemented through models of cooperation on the basis of transparency, coherence and formation of strategic advantages. The following models of partnership interaction between the technology and knowledge transfer office and stakeholders of the innovation entrepreneurship ecosystem are proposed: expert, managerial, project-oriented, communicative, and a model of multi-level cooperation. It has been identified that the choice of a model of cooperation between the technology and knowledge transfer office and stakeholders is influenced by the kind of the university and the types of research conducted.
