До особливостей юридичної відповідальності за порушення норм закону України «Про охорону навколишнього природнього середовища» слід віднести наступні: по-перше, юридична відповідальність порушення норм закону України «Про охорону навколишнього природнього середовища» – це різновид юридичної відповідальності у сфері охорони навколишнього природного середовища; по-друге, юридична відповідальність за порушення норм закону України «Про охорону навколишнього природнього середовища» реалізується у особливій сфері суспільних відносин щодо охорони довкілля; по-третє, підставою юридичної відповідальності за порушення норм закону України «Про охорону навколишнього природнього середовища» виступають правопорушення природоохоронної сфери; по-четверте, суб’єктом вчинення правопорушення є керівник підприємства, як спеціальний суб’єкт, посадова особа, на яку покладено комплекс прав та обов’язків; по-п’яте, юридична відповідальність за порушення норм закону України «Про охорону навколишнього природнього середовища» забезпечується кримінально-, адміністративно-правовими та дисциплінарними заходами; по-шосте, має систему відповідних санкцій, метою яких є покарання та виховання спеціального суб’єкта – керівника підприємства. This article examines the legal responsibility of the managers of production enterprises for violating the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection". The following are the features of legal responsibility for violating the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection": firstly, legal responsibility for violating the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection" is a type of legal responsibility in the field of environmental protection; secondly, legal responsibility for violation of the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection" is implemented in the special sphere of public relations regarding environmental protection; thirdly, the basis of legal responsibility for violation of the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection" are offenses in the field of environmental protection; fourthly, the subject of committing the offense is the head of the enterprise, as a special subject, an official who is entrusted with a set of rights and responsibilities; fifth, legal responsibility for violation of the laws of Ukraine "On environmental protection" is provided by criminal, administrative, legal and disciplinary measures; sixth, has a system of appropriate sanctions, the purpose of which is to punish and educate a special subject - the head of the enterprise.
