Аудит об’єктів інтелектуальної власності як інструмент розробки стратегічних рішень компанії

У статті розглянуто сутність і призначення аудиту об’єктів інтелектуальної власності компанії у контексті прийняття стратегічних рішень. Описано його види, основні інструменти, методи та підходи до проведення. Визначено, яка інформація і за допомогою яких способів має бути зібрана. Ідентифіковано основні напрями дослідження, що передбачає аудит об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Розглянуто зміст і призначення звіту про аудит інтелектуальної власності, які рекомендації можуть отримати компанії та визначено які дії можуть бути наслідком проведення аудиту, а також значення аудиту для пошуку бізнес-можливостей. The article is dedicated to considering the essence and purpose of a company’s intellectual property audit in context of strategic decisions making. Audit can be helpful not only in legal and accounting issues, but in the searching of directions of business development, new markets and possibilities. Types of audit according to its goals are described in the article: general purpose IP audit, event‐driven IP audit and limited purpose focused IP audit. Tools of audit and its methods are given. Two main approaches of audit conducting — top-down and bottom-down are cited. The information in different spheres of a company’s activity — management, accounting, marketing, R&D, production, sales — that is necessary for audit of intellectual property, and methods of its obtaining are defined. To provide effective IP audit the directions of research are defined. These directions are: identification of company’s IP objects, their status, owners, how company uses its assets and how they are protected. Important issue is if there are some infringements of intellectual property rights of company or if company infringes rights of third parties. Audit of intellectual property helps to review the system of intellectual property management of a company and identify directions of its improvement. In some cases IP Audit provides evaluation of IP assets. Using SWOT-analysis is quite common for IP Audit, it helps find out strengths and weaknesses in a company’s management of intellectual property and based on them and opportunity and treats forms directions of better exploitation of intellectual property. The result of IP Audit is Audit report as a type of instruction for company’s review and revaluation of its intellectual property and development of strategy of intellectual property management. Report contains some recommendations about further exploitation of IP assets and helps company to find new market possibilities, business opportunities according to its intellectual property.
«Безконтактна економіка підприємства» за умов глобальної пандемії

Представлено аналіз ключових тенденцій і трендів зміни моделей бізнесової діяльності підприємств під впливом обмежень і нових регуляторних правил за умов глобальної COVID-пандемії. Проведено систематизацію факторів впливу на діяльність компаній та організацію ринків за сучасних умов діяльності. Проаналізовано корпоративні програми адаптації до змін моделей споживчої поведінки. Вивчено існуючі підходи до визначення «безконтактної економіки», а також зроблено спробу пояснити окремих її складових на функціонування підприємств України. Узагальнено три рівні адаптивних механізмів на різних часових горизонтах для українських компаній. Проведено систематизацію ключових рішень на корпоративному рівні, для обмеження контактів зі споживачем і мінімізації ризику зараження людини. Представлено підхід до зміни економічних розрахунків за умов дистанційної торгівельної діяльності. Global COVID pandemic has a significant impact on all fields of human lives and one of the most important is a behaviour model. The study was dedicated to analyzing of tendencies and trends of business transformation under pressure of new conditions and regulation rules influenced by the Global COVID pandemic situation. Several groups of aspects were identified on the global level and explained from the corporate point. The phenome “touchless economy” is in the focus of many types of research but the main three are professional, sociological and cultural issues. Smart-technologies and cutting-edge IT solutions open a huge variety of anti-COVID corporate strategies. These tools and decisions help avoid new risks of human presence in business communications and satisfy the high-security needs of consumers, business partners and employees. Based on the matrix of strategic corporate reactions the Ukrainian companies have to build three-level of adapting mechanisms for three-time horizons. On each level, companies have to develop secured and fast decisionmaking processes for doing business under increasing risk of next lockdowns in different regions. Three levels of adapting mechanisms for three-time horizons were applied for Ukrainian companies. There is a systematization of key applied decisions on corporate level those help to avoid personal contacts and to minimize the risk of people’s infection. The level of business integration is also increasing the overall stages of supply chains now. Actual requests of distance cooperation inside and outside companies stimulate the new approach developing especially in the field of business analytic, communication, logistics, document preparation and mail sending. Nevertheless, there are still unsolved a lot of managerial problems among them we have to mention: prospects of new delivery system development, wireless payments and their security, time management of distance teams etc.
Бухгалтерський аутсорсинг в Україні, аналіз і перспективи розвитку

Статтю присвячено дослідженню стану та розвитку бухгалтерського аутсорсингу в Україні. Доведено актуальність і важливість аутсорсингової діяльності у сучасному світі. Досліджено особливості застосування бухгалтерського аутсорсингу в Україні. Виявлено основні проблеми, які стримують розвиток аутсорсингу бухгалтерської діяльності в Україні. Визначено основні фактори, що впливають на формування вартості послуг аутсорсингових компаній. Проаналізовано вартість бухгалтерських послуг аутсорсингових компаній в Україні. Враховуючи ситуацію, що склалася в Україні і світі у зв’язку з пандемією COVID-19, ще довго актуальним буде залишатися пошук нових підходів до вирішення традиційних питань, пов’язаних і з веденням бухгалтерського обліку в тому числі. То ж вивчено основні тенденції та перспективи розвитку ринку бухгалтерського аутсорсингу в Україні. The article is about the study of the state and development of accounting outsourcing in Ukraine. In this article proven the relevance and importance of outsourcing activities in the modern world, considered the essence of outsourcing as a type of activity, its own types, advantages and disadvantages. Analyzed the world outsourcing market and the domestic one in particular. Researched the features of the use of accounting outsourcing in Ukraine. Revealed the main hindering problems of the development of outsourcing of accounting activities in Ukraine. In particular, the lack of relevant legal and regulatory documents that would clearly regulate the relationship between the outsourcing company and the customer. Summarized the main advantages of accounting outsourcing and the associated risks. Given the reasons of the relevance of outsourcing the accounting department. Formed the main stages of the process of implementation of accounting outsourcing services. Determined the main factors influencing the formation of the cost of services of outsourcing companies. Analyzed the cost of accounting services of outsourcing companies in Ukraine. Accounting specialists of an outsourcing company allows not only to improve the quality of accounting and reliability of reporting, but also to reduce the cost of maintaining accounting. Which makes it possible to focus on the core business, optimize the structure of the company, increase competitiveness. Considering the current situation in Ukraine and the world under the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, the search for new approaches to solving traditional issues, including related to accounting, will remain relevant for a long time. Studied the main trends and prospects for the development of the accounting outsourcing market in Ukraine.
Ефективне управління асортиментом в трейд маркетинговій діяльності підприємств харчової промисловості

У статті показано значущість і результати взаємодії виробників і рітейлерів в ефективному управлінні асортиментом. Досліджено та систематизовано конфлікти інтересів всіх учасників товаропросування. Розглянуто основні категорії в рітейлі, а також вплив стратегії категорій на рішення стосовно ефективного управління асортиментом. Акцентовано увагу на гармонізації бізнес-процесів та інтеграції зусиль постачальників і рітейлерів як фактори успішної стратегії категорійного менеджменту. The article describes significance and results of interaction between manufacturers and retailers in the efficient assortment management. To build an effective relationship with retailers for efficient assortment management, trade marketers of the food industry must clearly identify and neutralize conflicts of interest of all participants in the product distribution, the main prerequisites of which were investigated in the article. Particular attention is paid to consumers, who are the core of the integration of marketing strategies and efforts of manufacturers and retailers and the key to efficiency and competitiveness of their joint market offerings. The main categories in retail, as well as the impact of category strategy on decisions regarding effective product management were investigated. It should 27 be stressed that the article considers the roles of categories in terms of category management. As part of the integrated management of product groups as strategic business units of manufacturers / suppliers and retailers, were proposed to identify seven main strategies for the development of categories. The text gives a valuable information on the impact of category strategy on assortment management decisions. In our opinion, the process of efficient assortment management in the context of category management involves 3 fundamental stages, each of which were considered. Harmonization of business processes and integration of efforts of suppliers and retailers as factors of successful strategy of categorical management were described with particular attention. The synergistic effect of cooperation in the assortment management allows to get more benefits for manufacturers and retailers, as well as for consumers. Trade marketing activities of the food industry need further improvement. That will be the subject of the future publications.
Значимість інформаційних технологій у розвитку економіки підприємства у період пост пандемії

У статті розглянуто зростання ролі інформації та інформаційних технологій у періоди коронавірусної та посткоронавірусної пандемії, а також висвітлені теоретичні аспекти впливу цього фактору на розвиток економіки підприємства та ефективність управління ним. Модернізація функціонуючих та поява нових інформаційних технологій у коронавірусний і посткоронавірусний періоди сприятимуть зростанню конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів виробничої діяльності, руху суспільства у напрямі активного формування інформаційної економіки та інформаційного суспільства. The article considers the growing role of information and information technologies in the periods of coronavirus and postcoronavirus pandemics, as well as highlights the theoretical aspects of the impact of this factor on the development of the economy and the efficiency of its management. Modernization of existing and the emergence of new information technologies in the coronavirus and postcoronavirus periods will help increase the competitiveness of the subjects of production, the movement of society in the direction of active formation of the information economy and information society. The article defines the role of information on the growth of enterprise economy and management efficiency in the period of the coronavirus pandemic and in the post pandemic. The considered problems of information development in the global environment give grounds to believe that during the coronavirus pandemic the society’s demand for information that would promote the search for new forms and methods of economic management, job creation, the emergence of new professions and industries. This has led to the creation of more effective information and communication technologies, modernization of information infrastructure and design, which is a set of organizational, informational, security, technical components that ensure the effectiveness of these technologies. The development of a new society will undergo qualitative changes under the influence of accumulated knowledge and information, and the main product that will actively move society in the direction of socio-economic progress will be information and communication technologies, knowledge and research, knowledge-intensive goods, intellectual services. Modernization of existing and the emergence of new information and communication technologies in the post pandemic will help increase the competitiveness of production entities, society in the direction of active formation of the information economy and information society, the development of which is based on knowledge, scientific achievements, information and communication technologies.
Комплаєнс у системі мінімізації ризиків компаній

Комплаєнс є важливою ланкою системи корпоративного управління організацією, який починається у рівні вищого менеджменту і транслюється на всіх рівнях бізнесу. Запровадження ефективних механізмів адекватної оцінки та відповідно мінімізації комплаєнс-ризику, може мати вирішальний вплив на фінансові результати будь-якого бізнесу. Стаття присвячена розвитку системи комплаєнс як ефективному інструменту мінімізації комплаєнс-ризику та реалізації функцій комплаєнс, в процесі здійснення управління сучасним бізнесом. Також у статті розглянуто аспекти комплаєнс, які відіграють досить важливу роль у створенні адекватної системи комплаєнс, як ефективного та превентивного механізму внутрішнього контролю в організації. Досліджено основні функції комплаєнсу, які варто запроваджувати на підприємствах. Розглянуто сфери діяльності бізнесу, які мають підвищений рівень комплаєнс-ризику. Виокремлено загальні заходи, які необхідно здійснювати при реалізації функції комплаєнс в будь-якій організації. Compliance is an important part of an organization’s corporate governance system, which begins at the top management level and is broadcast at all business levels. The creation of a compliance system for any organization is based on the Basel principles, which in turn are based on the responsibility of direct managers for organizing an effective compliance function, developing and implementing a compliance program or compliance policy, and creating an independent effective compliance service. The overall goal of implementing the compliance system in any organization is to protect the interests of its beneficial owners and top management of the company, as well as its employees and business counterparties, from any possible compliance risks. The introduction of effective mechanisms for adequate assessment and, accordingly, minimization of compliance risk can have a decisive impact on the financial results of any business. The article is devoted to the development of the compliance system as an effective tool for minimizing compliance risk and implementing compliance functions in the process of managing a modern business. The article also discusses aspects of compliance that play a fairly important role in creating an adequate compliance system as an effective and preventive mechanism for internal control in the organization. The goal of research is investigation of the main compliance functions that should be implemented in enterprises. Special attention had been paid to the areas of business activity that have an increased level of compliance risk. It singled out general measures that need to be implemented when implementing the compliance function in any organization are highlighted.
Концепція нормального і економічного прибутку в теорії ринкової економіки та можливості її застосування в практиці підприємств агробізнесу

У статті розглянуто концепцію нормального і економічного прибутку виходячи з відповідних трактовок теорії ринкової економіки. Розглянуто формування виробничих витрат на базі ресурсної концепції, де кожен вид ресурсу – земля, капітал, праця, інформація та підприємництво формують відповідні альтернативні витрати. Показано принципи формування цих альтернативних втрат. Розкрито зміст понять «нормальний» і «економічний прибуток» і методики їх розрахунку. Показано особливості дії го прибутку за цих умов. Здійснено спробу розрахунку нормального прибутку для сукупності аграрних підприємств України та окремих видів аграрної продукції зерна і зернобобових, соняшнику, овочів. In the article the conception of normal and economic profit following to interpretation of theory of market economics is considered. Formation of production costs on the basis of resource conception, where each type of main resources — land, capital, labor, information and entrepreneurship are examined. The principles of formation of opportunity costs of these main types of 6 production resources are considered. Content of the concept of such terms as «economic profit» and «normal profit» and the methods of their calculation are discovered. The role of normal profit for entrepreneurial activity are explained. The specific of market economy functioning in agriculture and formation of normal profit in this conditions are shown. The agriculture belong to the industries with a high level of competition. In such conditions agricultural enterprises can have economic profit only short period of time and only some of them. In long run, as a rule, most agricultural enterprises can have not more than normal profit. Economic profit under conditions of agricultural commodity markets is about zero because high competition on these markets. It is co-called the paradox of profit when economic profit creates of inter-industry competition and this competition makes profit zero. In this situation some part of enterprises are leaving the industry or specific market and as result of this, supply of product on market is decreasing, prices increase and economic profit again will be about zero. So, in agriculture most of enterprises receive only normal profit and it is in the bast case. It enplanes significant expenses in developed countries on supporting of farmers. Attempt of normal profit calculation for agricultural enterprises and such crops as grain, sun flow seeds and vegetable on the aggregate data is made. The calculation shown a negative normal profit based on aggregate data of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and grain. For sun flow seeds and vegetable the normal profit was positive.
Курс акцій, як фінансова детермінанта корпоративної соціальної відповідальності в умовах англо-американської моделі розвитку капіталізму

У роботі досліджено курс акцій як фінансову детермінанту корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ) в умовах англо-американської моделі розвитку капіталізму. Проаналізовано історичну ретроспективу появи фінансових детермінантів КСВ в умовах англо-американської моделі розвитку капіталізму. Курс акцій визначено і обґрунтовано як один з важливих факторів впливу на практичне застосування КСВ в умовах наведеної моделі капіталізму. Визначено, що ця фінансова детермінанта впливає на формування короткострокового інвестування, що негативно впливає на розвиток КСВ бізнесу в умовах ринку англо-американської моделі капіталізму. In this article, the share price as the CSR determinant in conditions of Anglo-American capitalism development model is investigated. Historical retrospective of the Anglo-American capitalism model domination over other models is analyzed. CSR programs are highlighted as an instrument of decreasing Anglo-American capitalism model drawbacks, namely solving social problems, which government isn’t able to solve itself. The necessity of the companies to participate in environmental and social programs emphasizes the importance of CSR and justifies the appearance of CSR determinants in conditions of Anglo-American capitalism development model. Due to the stock market rise and development stock pricing is one of the most 16 influential factors on CSR practical appliance in conditions of Anglo- American capitalism model. The statement that is examined in the article and supported by the CSR-followers is that the companies, which participate in the CSR programs, increase their share prices, unlike socially-irresponsible companies. Competing interests of the long-term and short-term investors are analyzed. It is revealed that it is long term investors who can urge companies to participate in the CSR programs as their aims mainly coincide with the investors’ interests. In conditions of the short-term investment, participating in the CSR programs can’t be provided as it contradicts the shareholders’ interests. It is identified that investors’ short-term interests dominate over long-term interests and the factors that lead to it are found. Wide usage of the automated information systems based on the modern information technologies also provides the opportunity of the shortterm investment by minority as well as institutional investors. It is found out that such financial determinant as share price affects shortterm investment formation and business CSR development in conditions of the Anglo-American capitalism model market.
Особливості розвитку детермінації «економічне зростання» та «економічний розвиток» в країні

Теорія економічного зростання є одним з найскладніших розділів економічної науки, присвяченої дослідженню ринкового господарства. Аналіз економічного зростання має особливе значення в останні десятиліття. Економічне зростання є однією з найважливіших частин економічного розвитку суспільства, а також соціально-культурного і політичного. Необхідно вказати не тільки саме поняття економічного зростання, а й фактори на нього впливають. У статті розглянуто основні підходи до детермінацій «економічне зростання» і «економічний розвиток», показано еволюційний розвиток даних концепцій, представлена фактори сталого економічного зростання як кількісний критерій економічного розвитку, сприяють зростанню економічного потенціалу і могутності країни, нарощуванню обсягів суспільного відтворення і спроможності національної економіки задовольняти поточні і майбутні зростаючі потреби населення, підтримуваний протягом тривалого періоду часу. The theory of economic growth is one of the most complex sections of economics devoted to the study of market economy. The analysis of economic growth has been of particular importance in recent decades. Economic growth is one of the most important parts of the economic development of society, as well as socio-cultural and political. It is necessary to specify not only the very concept of economic growth, but also the factors that affect it. The article considers the main approaches to the determinations of «economic growth» and «economic development», shows the evolutionary development of these concepts, presents the factors of sustainable economic growth as a quantitative criterion of economic development, promotes economic potential and power, increasing social reproduction and capacity to meet the current and future growing needs of the population, supported over a long period of time. Research on economic growth touches on many important aspects of this problem: the accumulation and participation in the processes of economic growth of financial and human capital, the impact of innovation on production and productivity, the impact of technological factors, the specifics and relationship of economic growth in different countries. economic, political and social institutions in these processes. In general, we propose to divide all factors of economic growth and development into six major groups: resource, production, motivational, structural, market and institutional. In conditions when the problems of economic growth and development have become more relevant in Ukraine, the study of theoretical and applied issues of this topic deserves more in-depth study. This can contribute to the choice of effective directions of production development, achieving higher rates of economic growth, increasing the level of material well-being of the population.
Особливості розробки неймінгу для товару

Ім’я бренду є одним з найважливіших ідентифікаторів у першу чергу тому, що ім’я заміщає уявлення про бренд і сам товар у всіх письмових та усних комунікаціях, пов’язаних з брендом. На сьогодні за якісну назву, яка буде «нести продукт в маси» вітчизняні виробники готові платити значні суми. Вітчизняний ринок України насичений торговими марками, однак якісних брендів, які є «на слуху» в будь-якого покоління, на жаль, мало. Саме даний попит спричинив пропозицію на створення спеціалізованих агентств, які пропонують свої послуги, щоб зекономити час власникам компаній і підвищити конкурентоспроможність їх товарів на ринку. В зв’язку з цим у даній області спостерігається зріст знань: розширення методичної бази, створення повноцінної літератури тощо. A brand name is one of the most important identifiers primarily because the name replaces the idea of the brand and the product itself in all written and oral communications related to the brand. In order to approach the process of naming and set certain tasks, it is necessary to clearly form the concept of "brand" and its name for this product, as brand name has a different transfiguration, which allows you to adapt this concept to all areas. Due to the saturation of the market with goods in Ukraine, this process is becoming increasingly popular. Today, domestic producers are willing to pay significant sums for a quality name that will «carry the product to the masses.» Western European countries have the opportunity to rely on centuries of experience, traditions and specialized literature, while our experts are newcomers in this field. That is why our leaders are trying to adapt world-class models to their companies. The domestic market of Ukraine is saturated with brands, but quality brands that are «heard» in any generation, unfortunately, wants the best. It is this demand that has prompted the creation of specialized agencies that offer their services to save time for business owners and increase the competitiveness of their products in the market. Large firms can afford to delegate this task to the agency, but companies with small budgets try to solve it on their own. They are the ones who may encounter the pitfalls of the whole process. In this regard, in the field of naming there is an increase in knowledge: expanding the methodological base, creating a full literature, opening special courses. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the process of creating a brand name. The process of creating a brand name and its features are considered.
Офшорне банківництво у структурній динаміці транскордонного руху фінансового капіталу

У статті розкрито сутність і ключові конкурентні переваги офшорного банківництва як ключового інституційного механізму транскордонного руху фінансового капіталу у глобальних умовах. Проаналізовано масштаби, географічно-територіальну й інструментальну структуру глобального офшорного банківництва, а також міжрегіональний розподіл транскордонних активів і зобов’язань офшорних банків. Обґрунтовано об’єктивні причини загострення міжнародної конкуренції за глобальні фінансові потоки та формування у сучасних умовах новітніх точок нагромадження офшорного банківського капіталу у країнах азійського мегарегіону. Доведено, що монополізація офшорного банкінгу призводить до встановлення у глобальних координатах виключного права офшорних банків на розрахункове, депозитне, кредитне і торговельно-фінансове обслуговування нерезидентів; проведення євровалютних, лізингових, страхових і трастових трансакцій; а також здійснення операцій з позабіржовими деривативами. The article is devoted to complex research of the economic essence of offshore banking as a key institutional mechanism for cross-border movement of financial capital in a global environment. Substantive attention has been devoted to the role of offshore banks in the formation of institutional conditions for the accumulation and redistribution of financial capital in the global economy, the transformation of aggregate savings of economic agents of different countries into global investment capital. Complex investigation was undertaken of the processes related to key competitive advantages of offshore banks, specifically providing business structures with effective circumvention of corporate taxation barriers, numerous restrictions on business practices, direct government control and currency regulation. The scale, geographical and instrumental structure of global offshore banking, as well as the interregional distribution of cross-border assets and liabilities of offshore banks have been analyzed. The objective reasons for the intensification of international competition in the sphere of global financial flows and the formation of new points of accumulation of offshore banking capital in the Asian countries have been substantiated. It was proved that in the global economic environment the monopolization of offshore banking leads to the establishment of the exclusive right of offshore banks to settlement, deposit, credit, trade and financial services for non-residents; conducting Eurocurrency, OTC derivatives, leasing, insurance and trust transactions; investing assets in the national economies with the highest investment return rate and investment growth. It was grounded that these processes will not only significantly increase the impact of offshore banking on the structural dynamics of world economy, but also modernize traditional schemes of using offshore financial networks in order to fully meet the needs of economic players in banking and quasi-banking services.
Підвищення ефективності позиціонування та лояльності споживачів у розвитку брендів

Критично проаналізовано ключові тенденції і підходи в еволюції концепцій ефективного бренду в системі маркетингового менеджменту підприємств. В статті досліджено та оцінено результативність класичних і сучасних підходів і моделей у розвитку взаємодій зі споживачами на стратегічному й тактичному рівнях бренд-менеджменту. Розроблено і обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації та методичні алгоритми для чіткої ідентифікації й розв’язання актуальної проблематики бізнесу у сфері розвитку сильних брендів. Демонструється значущість і брак системності в діагностиці проблем та управлінні розвитком сучасних брендів на ринках споживчих товарів, інтеграційних підходів і прийомів, що забезпечують довгострокового збереження цілісності концепцій брендів за необхідної їх постійної зміни, відповідно до запитів ринку, нових векторів прогресу. Key trends and approaches in the evolution of the concepts of effective brands in the marketing management system of enterprises are critically analyzed. The article examines and evaluates the effectiveness of classical and modern approaches and models in the development of interaction with consumers at the strategic and tactical levels of brand management. Practical recommendations and methodological algorithms have been developed and substantiated for a clear definition and solution of urgent business problems in the development of a strong brand. Some theses demonstrate the importance and lack of consistency in diagnosing problems and managing the development of modern brands in consumer markets, as well as deficit of integration approaches and methods that ensure the long-term integrity of brand concepts that need to be constantly changed in accordance with changing market demands and in accordance new vectors of progress. It has been proven that the key to the image of strong brands is the effective integration of product quality, a proven and respected identity, and the provision of high added value through deep harmonization with the lives of consumers in the target market. It is possible and advisable to instrumentally formalize the aspects of emotionality in the assessment of brands and consumer purchasing behavior with their appropriate reflection in marketing strategies. Possible vectors in the systematization of variations in consumer behavior and marketing decisions have been established, which make it possible to implement a three-stage algorithm for increasing the level of positive emotional attitude and consumer enthusiasm, as well as business efficiency.
Результативність розвитку медичних закладів м. Кривого Рогу за умов реформування системи охорони здоров’я України

У статті актуалізовано та аргументовано доцільність ви-користання пацієнт орієнтованого підходу до управління медичними закладами м. Кривий Ріг в умовах реформування галузі охорони здоров’я з подальшим розширенням до ціннісно-орієнтованого підходу, що додає додаткової конкурентної переваги медичним закладам, особливо комунальної форми власності. Theoretical and practical aspects of improving the efficiency of health care management and its importance for economic growth are considered in the scientific works of many domestic and foreign scientists, for example, in the works: V. A Grabowski, O. V Dmitruka, V. M. Lehan, O. A. Martinyuk, L. A. Melnik, G. O. Slabkogo, С. О. Smirnova, LS Stefanishina, L. I. Fedulova, Z. V. Yurynets, T. M. Yamnenko. However, despite active research and some achievements, not enough attention is paid to the problems of effective management of health care facilities at the micro level. Changes in the healthcare system are aimed at the transition of the medical sector to market-based competitive relations. Identification of competitive advantages and assessment of demand and consumption of medical services is becoming important. Today, the use of customer-oriented management to increase the competitiveness of a medical enterprise is relatively new for domestic healthcare institutions. International experience proves the expediency and prospects of applying this approach in management practice, as it allows you to better understand the needs of the client and meet them better than competitors, while increasing competitiveness and speed of response to changes in market conditions. Analyzing the experience of developed foreign countries, it can be argued that the process of improving health management is complex, it is not limited only to increasing budget expenditures for health needs, optimizing legislative measures, but also includes the introduction of appropriate socio-economic prerequisites, the development of effective, scientifically based management mechanisms. The article actualizes and argues the expediency of using a patient-oriented approach to the management of medical institutions in Kryvyi Rih in the context of health care reform. Based on the analysis of the assessment of the level of quality of medical services, the practical value in relation to the profit of the medical institution is proved.

Стаття присвячена аграрному потенціалу України та дослідженню ринку сільськогосподарської техніки, як об’єкта публічного управління. Використовуючи системний підхід у дослідженні ринку сільськогосподарської техніки, визначено основні проблеми його функціонування та перспективи розвитку на основі внутрішнього потенціалу. Враховуючи взаємозалежність і тісний зв’язок ринку аграрної техніки з сільськогосподарським машинобудуванням і сільськогосподарським виробництвом, обумовлено необхідність державного регулювання ринку сільськогосподарської техніки як об’єкта публічного управління з метою зупинення падіння виробництва, стабілізації та подальшого нарощування обсягів випуску машин та устаткування сільськогосподарського призначення. The article is devoted to the agricultural potential of Ukraine and the study of the market of agricultural machinery as an object of public administration. Using a systematic approach in the study of the market of agricultural machinery, the main problems of its operation and prospects for development based on internal potential are identified. Given the interdependence and close connection of the agricultural machinery market with agricultural machinery and agricultural production, there is a need for state regulation of the agricultural machinery market as an object of public administration in order to stop the decline in production, stabilize and further increase production of agricultural machinery and equipment. The authors performed a system analysis and identified aspects of the system approach, which are explained in detail and analyzed in the article. he general functional scheme of the market of agricultural machinery is defined and offered. The organizational model of public management of the market of agricultural machinery is opened and generalized. The proposed study clearly indicates the need for comprehensive measures by the state as a subject of public administration in the market of agricultural machinery, taking into account its external and internal environment. The article identified priority steps to improve the functioning of the agricultural machinery industry, the agricultural sector of the economy. It was found that in the creation of the institutional environment of the market the main role is played by the state, as a subject of public administration, regulation of the economy. It is revealed that in a narrow sense the market is considered as trade in goods and services. In a broad sense, the market is not just a trade, but a system of economic relations between the subjects of the economic system. The authors propose their own interpretation of the agricultural machinery market — a set of interconnected structural components and a set of relationships between the forming elements and elements that ensure its functioning for the production, sale and operation of agricultural machinery to maximize the economic effect of all parties. It is proposed to present all market participants and their relationships in the general functional scheme of the agricultural machinery market. This allowed us to study the market, take into account the analysis of the agricultural machinery market and offer the necessary recommendations for its operation.
Соціальна відповідальність маркетингу у підвищенні ефективності ком’юніті-менеджменту та взаємодії брендів зі споживачами

У статті опрацьовано проблеми асиметрій і протиріч пріоритету короткострокової ефективності для бізнесу за необхідності забезпечення довгостроково результативних відносин зі споживачами. Визначено передумови та шляхи формування і розвитку зацікавлених у маркетинговій взаємодії з брендами спільнот споживачів, які можуть з ентузіазмом підтримати тривалі спільні з компаніями активності. Показано можливості розв’язання проблем низької конвертації емоційного сприйняття повідомлень у системі маркетингових комунікацій у фінансово-економічні результати бізнесу, а також некерованої зміни ставлення до брендів, від позитивного до негативного. Досліджено базис емоційного сприйняття рекламно-комунікаційних матеріалів, що впливатиме на позиціонування та оцінювання брендів. Доводиться необхідність створення системи психологічної експертизи матеріалів маркетингових комунікацій у системі соціальної відповідальності бізнесу. The article deals with the problems of asymmetries and contradictions of the priorities of short-term efficiency for business when it is necessary to ensure long-term effective relationships with consumers. Prerequisites and ways of formation and development of consumer communities interested in marketing interaction with brands, which can enthusiastically support long-term joint activities with companies, have been identified. Possibilities of solving the problems of low conversion of emotional perception of messages in the system of marketing communications into financial and economic results of business, as well as uncontrolled change of attitude to brands, from positive to negative, are shown. Scenarios of constructive change of attitude to depressive-stressful situations are quite effective for purposeful elaboration of personal problems (conflicts) of consumers, which allows to establish a close emotional relationship with the target audiences. This is confirmed by successful marketing cases, which result in positive consumer feedback on the empathy and social responsibility of brands. The basis of emotional perception of advertising and communication materials, which will affect the positioning and evaluation of product offers of brands, has been studied. The ineffectiveness of simple short-term socio-psychological effects used in brand communications and the activation of marketing interaction in the community management system and for purchases by representatives of the target audiences of enterprises has been established. The necessity of scientific and practical developments and creation of a system of psychological examination of materials of marketing communications in the system of social responsibility of business, and also by analogy to institutes of prevention of discriminatory advertising is proved.
Стратегічна організації маркетингового управління каналами збуту в діяльності виробничого підприємства

У статті розглянуто процес та цілі організації маркетингового управління каналами збуту для виробничого підприємства та організація торгового маркетингу. Подано характеристику важливим етапам, що передують, тобто налагодження доступу спільної інформації про ринок, в рамках стратегії запуску та просування нової продукції. Розглянуто різні функціональні складники стратегії маркетингової комунікації та місце в ній управлінню збутом. Основну увагу дослідження сфокусовано на налагодженні маркетингового управління каналами збуту у виробничій організації. Зокрема обов’язки сторін з маркетингового управління каналами збуту в організації, визначення ключових показників діяльності, взаємодія маркетингових і торгових відділів у процесі стратегічного планування, визначення карти процесів — ключові показники діяльності (Key Performance Indicator — KPI). The main purpose of the article is to study the process of channel marketing organization and structure, main guide lines for strategy planning, team roles and responsibility. Research contribution could be helpful to scientific and business circle. Nowadays TNCs pay attention and increase share in budget expense to retail marketing activity as main functional part to achieve marketing goal. Retail marketing works closely with customer and consumer, has impact on channel cooperation and product tracking in retail and in-store. As well as hole market analysis, shop grading and decision about marketing budget investment in company — which shop, channel, terms and conditions with patner. In particular we will review stages to be agreed in company between departments for channel management organization, channel marketing strategy planning, main key performance indicators of stakeholders, market information analysis. Which role channel marketing plays in marketing strategy and communications to consumers. As we know effective channel marketing organization could provide rapid changes in product line-up to consumers, new technologies, control of marketing investments effectiveness. Therefore, problems with channel marketing organization and strategy implementation inaccuracies could result in large losses, shop display not friendly to consumer, problems with channel inventory. The main purpose of the article to describe and clarify channel management mission and function in production organization, consolidated roles and responsibilities, proses of channel marketing organization for business, cross-team interaction and communication, KPI (key performance indicators) definition and key strategy definition. As well as define proses map between customer and market, working plan, major tasks and key strategy example.
