Abstract
У підручнику з урахуванням «Бюджетного кодексу» і «Податкового кодексу» висвітлюються питання теорії та практики формування й використання бюджету, особливості побудови і функціонування бюджетної системи України. Всебічно охарактеризовані її складові, система доходів, видатків бюджету і міжбюджетних відносин. Особливу увагу приділено видаткам на економічну діяльність і науку, соціально-культурні заходи, оборону, громадський порядок і управління. За структурою і змістом підручник відповідає нормативній програмі курсу.
On the basis of the «Budget Code» and the «Tax Code» the given textbook covers the problems of the budgetary theory and practice, formation and usage of budget, peculiarities of budget system structure and functioning in Ukraine. Its components, the system of revenues, the budgetary expenditures as well as the interbudgetary relations are thoroughly characterized. Special attention is given to the expenditures aimed at the economic activities, science, social and cultural sphere, defense, social security and management. The textbook as to its structure and contents meets the requirements of the normative program.
