Abstract
Досліджуються головні засади становлення корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Розкривається вплив практик корпоративної соціальної відповідальності на соціально-економічний розвиток організацій. Розглядаються умови забезпечення, та розвитку концепції гідної праці. Обґрунтовується позитивний впливу корпоративної соціальної відповідальності на формування середовища забезпечення, розвитку та удосконалення гідної праці.
We study the formation of the main principles of corporate social responsibility. It reveals the impact of CSR practices on social and economic development organizations. The article deals with the conditions of ensuring, and the development of the concept of decent work. The work considers the positive impact of CSR on formation environment support, development and improvement of decent work. The paper presents the processes of implementation of business organizations in Ukraine main landmarks of social responsibility as a factor in establishing the foundations and positive environment of decent work. The publication highlights the basic directions of the positive development of these processes as progressive implementation of corporate social responsibility in its interaction with its internal stakeholders, chief among them is a staff organization. The positive contribution of the influence of corporate social responsibility on the formation of the environment for the provision, development and improvement of decent work is substantiated. It is argued that the main focus in the implementation of the basic principles of decent work is the implementation of the values and priorities of corporate social responsibility, which form the basis and possibilities basic needs and interests on the conditions of employment.
Исследуются главные основы становления корпоративной социальной ответственности. Раскрывается влияние практик корпоративной социальной ответственности на социально-экономическое развитие организаций. Рассматриваются условия обеспечения, и развитие концепции достойного труда. Обосновывается положительный влияния корпоративной социальной ответственности на формирование среды обеспечения, развития и совершенствования достойного труда.
We study the formation of the main principles of corporate social responsibility. It reveals the impact of CSR practices on social and economic development organizations.
